Welcome to HAC Therapies
I am proud to provide a personal and professional service that has the welfare of you, your horse and your dog at heart.
I qualified in Physiotherapy in 2005 and have an extensive knowledge in anatomy, physiology and biomechanics. Having always wanted to combine my work with my passion for horses and dogs, I pursued additional training to become a Holistic Equine Massage Practitioner in 2015 and a Canine Merishia Massage Therapist in 2017. I am a member of the National Association of Registered Equine Therapists (NAREMT), the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and Association of Merishia Therapists (AMT).
I acknowledge that learning never stops and I attend regular CPD (continuous professional development) training and events to keep up to date with knowledge and skills, evidence-based practice and research. In this way I can ensure to provide the best for my 2 and 4-legged clients.
HAC Therapies offers: massage (swedish, sports, remedial, healing), myofascial release, rehabilitation and strengthening, TTouch, Kinesio-taping, Masterson Method (equine) and facilitated stretches (active and passive). Following a thorough assessment, the techniques used in a session will always be tailored to individual needs for optimal benefits.
