Remedial massage benefits EVERYONE, not just athletes. It targets deep tissue and effectively treats chronic pain, strains, sprains and musculoskeletal injury. Specific techniques can aid healing and speed up recovery, getting you back into action as quickly as possible.

Relaxation massage is exactly that - relaxing! Treat yourself to a pamper session to de-stress and indulge in some TLC. 

Stroking, effleurage, kneading and gentle manipulations of the muscles are applied at your chosen rhythm and pressure. It is a pain-free way to relax your body and mind.

If you are a horse owner, it is important as a rider to be aware that any muscular imbalance in your body can cause postural compensations and an altered seat position; this will likely cause your horse to become imbalanced too.

If you are a dog owner who participates in agility or showing, you too need to be in peak condition! I can give advice on appropriate warm up and cool down exercises to help prevent injury.
